[20161117]Associate Prof. Shingo Yamaguchi and Mr. Muhammad Syafiq Bin Ab Malek have won the Outstanding Paper Award in IEEE GCCE 2016

Associate Prof. Shingo Yamaguchi (in the middle), Graduate School of Sciences and Technology for Innovation with Assistant Prof. B.B. Gupta (in the left), National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra India has won the Outstanding Paper Award in 2016 IEEE The 5th Global Conference on Consumer Electronics (GCCE 2016) which was held from 11th until 14th October 2016.
This award is awarded to researchers who have made an excellent paper presented at the GCCE 2016. The title of presented paper is "XSS Detection with Automatic View Isolation on Online Social Network". They proposed a new detection method for the attack using the vulnerability of social networks.
Furthermore, Mr. Muhammad Syafiq Bin Ab Malek (in the right), first year of master' s program, Division of Electrical, Electronic, and Information Engineering, Graduate School of Sciences and Technology for Innovation, a member of Associate Prof. Shingo Yamaguchi's Laboratory, has won the IEEE GCCE 2016 Outstanding Student Paper Award.
This award is awarded to students who have made an excellent paper presented at the GCCE 2016. The title of presented paper is "On Privacy Verification in the IoT Service Based on PN2", has proposed a new way to verify on the basis of the privacy in IoT (Internet of Things) service to the net theory in this paper.
After receiving the award, Bin Ab Malek said "This award will encourage me to become a researcher for realizing safe and secure smart society".
