Prof. Awadhesh Kumar Singh and Assistant Prof. Brij Bhooshan Gupta of National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra (NIT-KKR), India visited Faculty of Engineering Yamaguchi University (YU) on the 22^nd of January. They had a courtesy visit to Prof. Shinji, Dean of our faculty, and discussed the further exchange development between two parties. NIT-KKR also introduced their educational and research plan in the future.

After the visit, we held the joint symposium. In the symposium, Prof. Singh gave a lecture of "Recent Advancements in Cloud Security: Issues and Challenges", and Assistant Prof. Gupta talked about "The Security Issues in Web and Cloud Computing". Furthermore, Prof. Yamaguchi, Assoc. Prof. Fukushi and Assistant Prof. Anuaruddin of Graduate School of Sciences and Technology for Innovation, YU also talked about their research achievement of Security Analysis for IoT System and exchanged their opinions.

We are expecting that this visit contributes to the further development of our both academic staff and students' relationship in the future.
